2. Band Eang: Mae gwanhadyddion digidol fel arfer yn gweithredu yn yr ystod GHz neu hyd yn oed THz ac mae ganddyn nhw led band eang.
3. Ystod ddeinamig fawr: Gall y gwanhawr Cam digidol gyflawni ystod addasadwy o 0dB i 60dB neu fwy, ac mae'r ystod addasu yn eang.
4. Rheolaeth raglenadwy: Gellir rhaglennu'r gwanhawr rheoli digidol trwy ryngwynebau digidol fel SPI ac I2C, gyda hyblygrwydd uchel.
