1. Sefydlogrwydd amledd uchel: Mae gan osgiliaduron atseinyddion dielectrig cloi cyfnod sŵn isel sefydlogrwydd amledd uchel iawn, ac mae ei ystod amrywiad amledd yn llai o'i gymharu ag osgiliaduron microdon eraill.
2. Sŵn cyfnod isel: Mae gan osgiliaduron resonator dielectrig cloi cyfnod sŵn cyfnod isel amledd sefydlog a sŵn cyfnod isel iawn, gan ei wneud yn addas ar gyfer cymwysiadau â gofynion uchel ar gyfer sefydlogrwydd cyfnod signal.

5. Dibynadwyedd uchel: Mae gan PLDRO ansawdd a dibynadwyedd uchel mewn amgylcheddau llym oherwydd y defnydd o swbstrad solet ac atseinydd dielectrig anorganig.
Mae'r osgiliaduron atseinyddion dielectrig cloi cam yn cynnwys osgiliaduron atseinyddion dielectrig cloi cam dolen sengl, osgiliaduron atseinyddion dielectrig cloi cam sianel sengl, osgiliaduron atseinyddion dielectrig cloi cam dwy sianel, ac osgiliaduron atseinyddion dielectrig cloi cam tair sianel.
1. Cyfathrebu diwifr: Defnyddir PLDRO yn helaeth ym maes cyfathrebu diwifr, megis systemau cyfathrebu lloeren, systemau cyfathrebu cylched microstrip microdon, ac ati.
2.Radar: Mae PLDRO yn berthnasol i systemau radar pwerus, gan gynnwys radar tactegol, radar sgowtio, altimedr radar, ac ati.
3. Profi a mesur: Gellir defnyddio PLDRO ar gyfer amrywiol offer mesur a phrofi, megis dadansoddwyr amledd, safonau amledd, offer mesur labordy, ac ati.
